One page, sized to print on US Letter. Pin it to a meeting-hall board or stand it on the literature table — the strips along the bottom tear off so a treasurer can take the link home. Every code opens the free signup.
Tip: print in color if you can, and set NEXT_PUBLIC_SITE_URL to your live domain before printing for keeps — every code points to passthebasketapp.com/signup.
